5 mins prepServes 4
Banza Pasta Chips with Cheesy Bolognese Sauce is a delightful Italian-inspired snack that transforms pasta into crispy chips served with a rich and cheesy bolognese sauce for dipping.
1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook the Banza Rigatoni until just al dente (about 6–7 minutes). Drain well and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
2. Transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated. Ensure they are not clumped together.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Add the seasoned pasta in a single layer. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. Set aside.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until golden. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in jarred tomato sauce, let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a serving bowl and add shredded cheese on top to melt.
6. Serve the crispy pasta chips with the cheesy bolognese sauce for dipping.
